Litigation, particularly commercial litigation, is our main forte.

Our arbitration and ADR practice includes domestic and international arbitration in commercial disputes arising from transactions in oil and gas, real estate and property, intellectual property, telecommunications, finance and banking, and other domestic and cross-border transactions. In suitable cases we adopt a hybrid of litigation and mediation (the lit-med model) to meet clients’ commercial or personal expectations.
